Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the importance of proper storage, we offer refunds only on unused and unopened items returned within 2 weeks of delivery. Refunds will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned items. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the sender.

Please note, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on limited edition sets or products, including the SensualiTea series.

For Euphority Breathwork sessions, cancellations are accepted up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Refunds or rebooking cannot be accommodated for cancellations made after this time.
